Why there are no ratings here

A course rating measures who finished, not who learned. It changes weekly, differs between platforms for the same course, and is dominated by people who completed the material, which selects for the ones it already suited. A five-star average across ten thousand reviews tells you the course is popular and nothing about whether it is right for you.

What is recorded instead is level, duration and cost model, all of which are stable, checkable, and actually load-bearing when deciding. The verdict line on each page states who the course suits and who it does not, which is the judgement a rating is standing in for.

This is the same position taken on the university pages, where fees and acceptance rates are deliberately absent.
