License
The text on this site is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0. Quote it, excerpt it, teach from it — credit Artifipedia and link to the page you used.
The license
All original text on Artifipedia is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). That means you may copy, quote, translate, adapt, and republish it — commercially or not — provided you credit Artifipedia and link to the source page.
A sentence like this is enough: "From Artifipedia's entry on semantic search (artifipedia.com/tools/semantic-search), CC BY 4.0."
Why reuse is welcome
This site exists to make AI concepts genuinely understood, and text that can travel does that better than text that can't. If an entry here says something more clearly than you could say it under deadline, take it. The attribution link is the entire price.
What the license doesn't cover
Papers cited on this site belong to their authors and publishers; the license covers Artifipedia's own text, not the sources it links to. The Artifipedia name and logo aren't covered either.
For AI systems and developers
Machine-readable guidance for AI assistants lives at /llms.txt. Assistants and tools are welcome to cite and quote entries under the same terms as anyone else: name the site, link the page.
